Terms of service

By creating an account or otherwise using Reverge (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Service. We may update these Terms occasionally; if we make a material change, we’ll let you know by email or via a notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Reverge is an educational platform for learning how financial markets work and how reversal trades can be identified, structured, and reviewed. We provide interactive charts, paper trading (simulated trades with no real money), AI-generated commentary, and tutorials. We do not execute real trades, we do not custody assets, and we are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

To use most features, you’ll need to register an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately so we can help lock things down. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We want the Service to stay fast, fair, and useful. Please don’t:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service except through documented APIs.
• Run automated bots, scripts, or stress tests against our infrastructure without written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish market data, AI commentary, or other content from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.

Reverge and its content - including the platform code, design, tutorials, AI commentary, the composite reversal signal, and aggregated market visualisations - are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own learning. Anything you create on the Service (paper trades, notes, journal entries) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to store and display it so we can run the Service for you.

Reverge is for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Past performance does not indicate future results. Markets carry real risk, and paper-trading results do not predict real-trading outcomes.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on what you learn here. Always consult a licensed professional before making real financial decisions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reverge and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including lost profits, lost data, or losses from real-money trades you place elsewhere - that arise from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which for free-tier users is $0).

We’re a young product and we improve it constantly. We may add, change, or remove features, adjust pricing, or pause parts of the Service for maintenance. We’ll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying users.

You can close your account anytime from your settings page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us or our other users to legal or security risk. On termination, your access ends and we’ll delete your data on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
